Art & Design Supply accepts returns on all broken or damaged merchandise and mistakes in orders.If the product is damaged or there was an error on our end with packing or shipping the order - all shipping fees will be refunded and we will do our best to correct the problem. If you've changed your mind about a product, or you made a mistake in ordering, we will be happy to refund or exchange the product. However, in this case shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping fees. Your credit card will be refunded upon receipt of returned merchandise.

Each order we ship conveniently comes with a return slip located in the same box as the packing list. If you receive the wrong order or damaged products, please contact Art & Design Supply for returns and refunds. We will credit you for any refunds upon our receiving of the products being returned. Returned merchandise must be in re-saleable condition and its original packaging.
