SHIPPING FAQs
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10.00 per order. For orders totaling over $150 a $15.00 shipping fee is added.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Because of the size and value of most of our customers' orders, our shipping companies cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. You will need to enter a physical address for your order to be processed properly. The only exception is APO and FPO Boxes, which will be handled by USPS.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We ship each order from our warehouse located in Reno, NV. Orders are shipped within 3 business days upon order completion.
For on-site students, shipping from Reno, NV to San Francisco, CA takes one day once the order has been picked, processed and invoiced by our warehouse. Orders placed within the following western zone are shipped via UPS.
For international orders, we ship with Bongo International out of Carson, CA. Each international order will be separately quoted for shipping based on package weight, size, duties, etc.
How can I check the status of my order?
After the order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You may then visit the appropriate shipping site in order to track your package.
Who do I contact if my order has missing or damaged merchandise?
What is the return policy?
For broken or damaged items, contact customer support for return instructions. We accept returns on all broken or damaged merchandise and mistakes in orders. Customers are credited upon the credit card used for the order once we have received the returned merchandise. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Are there any dates that my order cannot be shipped?
The following are designated holidays for the entire company for 2012:

We are required to collect sales tax on orders placed in the following states:
